A quick and convenient way to enter into a loan agreement with us is on our website www.inbank.lt. Once you have entered the required data and completed the assessment, you will be able to see the loan options on offer, choose the amount of financing you want and sign the contract.

You can apply for a loan if you are a paid employee, a civil servant, a self-employed person, a person with an income from an individual activity or a copyrights contract, a person with a disability or old-age pension, a farmer, a business owner, etc., and you will find the documents you need to submit here. Income must be received in a bank account in the Republic of Lithuania.

You can apply for a loan by using your identity document: passport, ID card or permanent residence permit.

The submission of data and consents is part of the consumer loan application form, whereby you apply for a consumer loan, express your consent to the assessment of your creditworthiness, provide certain data, and consent to the processing of personal data, including accessing and obtaining data from external databases and registers, and any other possible consents. The provision of data and consents is subject to authentication (identification of your identity / identification of you), which can be carried out by mobile signature, Smart-ID or by making a bank transfer of 0,01 € from your personal bank account.

When using Smart-ID, make sure you have the right account level. You can check this by accessing the Smart-ID mobile app by clicking on the "User Information" box in the left corner. If your account level is "Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature", you will be successful. If your account level is "Smart-ID Basic", you will only be able to use the e-banking services and you will not be able to sign the consent and/or contract.

If you use Smart-ID, make sure you have the right account level. You can check this by accessing the Smart-ID mobile app and clicking on the "User Information" box in the left corner. If your account level is "Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature", you will be successful. If your account level is Smart-ID Basic, you will only be able to use the e-banking services - you will not be able to authenticate and/or sign the contract. To change your Smart-ID Basic account to a Smart-ID Qualified Signature and start using it with other e-services, you need to contact your bank or you can follow the instructions.

The transfer shall be authenticated if you choose to authenticate your identity in this way and/or at the final stage of the consumer loan agreement if the consumer loan agreement is signed in this way. In order for us to properly identify you and for you to be able to sign the document(s) mentioned above and for "Inbank" to be able to recognise you, "Inbank" needs your personal identification number, so please make sure to tick the box next to "I agree to pass on my personal identification number to the beneficiary" when transferring the amount of €0.01. Each time you authenticate and/or sign a consumer loan agreement in the above manner, the amount of €0.01 is not refunded and is considered as a minimum fee for identification. Any fees charged by the bank that you may have to pay are payable by you and are not reimbursable by "Inbank".

It usually takes between 30 minutes and 4 hours after signing the contract for the money to be paid out.

According to the Law on Consumer Credit of the Republic of Lithuania, consumer loan agreements can be made between 7:00 and 22:00.

The reasons why you can't get a loan can vary: not having enough income, having too many household financial obligations, being in debt to other institutions, having too little work experience at your last job, having a bad credit history, etc.

You have the right to repay consumer credit to us at any time either in part or in full, however, in this case, you are obliged to pay to the bank Interest, Agreement Administration Fee, Default Interest and other fees under the Agreement, calculated until the repayment day. If you intend to exercise this right, you have to notify us in writing before the repayment date, so that "Inbank" could recalculate payable amounts and implement your right to consumer credit cost reduction. “Inbank“ shall not claim any compensation for early repayment.

The maximum amount for a consumer loan and a home renovation loan and renewable energy loan is EUR 15 000. The maximum amount for a car loan is EUR 30 000.

The maximum term for consumer and renewable energy loan is 72 months, home renovation loan is 84 months. The maximum term for a car loan is 96 months.

The interest rate on a consumer loan is from 8.9%. Contract fee: 3%. Contract administration fee: from 0.26%. For example: if borrowing 5 873.00 EUR over the period of 69 months, annual interest rate of 5.90%, an agreement fee of 2.90%, monthly administration fee of 0.30%, APR - 13.7%, the total payable amount is 8 355.90 EUR and a monthly payment is 121.10 EUR.

The interest rate on a consumer loan is from 9.9%. Contract fee: 1%. Contract administration fee: from 0.2%. For example: if borrowing 2 100.00 EUR over the period of 60 months, annual interest rate of 10.90%, an agreement fee of 0.20%, monthly administration fee of 1.00%, APR - 16.32%, the total payable amount is 3 012.00 EUR and a monthly payment is 50.20 EUR

The interest rate on a car loan is from 7.9%. Contract fee: 3%. Contract administration fee: from 0.30%. For example: if borrowing 7,430.00 EUR over the period of 63 months, annual interest rate of 6.90%, an agreement fee of 2.85%, monthly administration fee of 0.32%, APR – 15.34%, the total payable amount is 10,627.47 EUR and a monthly payment is 168.69 EUR.

The interest rate for loans for renewable energy solutions is 10.9%. Contract fee: 2.9%. Contract administration fee: from 0.11%. For example: if borrowing 7,000.00 EUR over the period of 60 months, annual interest rate of 4.90%, an agreement fee of 1.60%, monthly administration fee of 0.15%, APR – 9.07%, the total payable amount is 8 662.20 EUR and a monthly payment is 144.37 EUR.

The agreement number is a combination of capital letters and numbers. This number appears at the top of the first page of the agreement. It can also be found online at www.inbank.lt.

The customer code is a combination of numbers that is also listed on the first page of the agreement, after the agreement number.

You will not receive an e-invoice unless you will subscribe to this service with your payment service provider. If you have subscribed to this service, we may suspend sending e-invoices if we do not receive your payment on time. Once we receive your installment, we will update the sending of e-invoices to you.

Yes, for each loan agreement you will receive separate e-invoice if you have subscribed to this service.

The payment is credited on the same business day if you pay the installment:

In the branches of "Swedbank", "Luminor" or "SEB" until 4 pm on a business day;
When using bank links in "Inbank" self-service or by bank transfer and make your payment by 4 pm on a business day.

The payment is credited on the next business day if you pay the installment:

We do not require any supporting documentation, except when we conclude car loan agreement or loan agreement for solar power plant(s) acquisition: in these cases, we have the right to require to provide proof that you have used the loan for a vehicle or solar power plant(s) acquisition.

You can choose your payment day at the time of concluding the Agreement. The standard payment day is the 15th of each calendar month.
