When using Smart-ID, make sure you have the right account level. You can check this by accessing the Smart-ID mobile app by clicking on the "User Information" box in the left corner. If your account level is "Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature", you will be successful. If your account level is "Smart-ID Basic", you will only be able to use the e-banking services and you will not be able to sign the consent and/or contract.

If you use Smart-ID, make sure you have the right account level. You can check this by accessing the Smart-ID mobile app and clicking on the "User Information" box in the left corner. If your account level is "Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature", you will be successful. If your account level is Smart-ID Basic, you will only be able to use the e-banking services - you will not be able to authenticate and/or sign the contract. To change your Smart-ID Basic account to a Smart-ID Qualified Signature and start using it with other e-services, you need to contact your bank or you can follow the instructions.

The transfer shall be authenticated if you choose to authenticate your identity in this way and/or at the final stage of the consumer loan agreement if the consumer loan agreement is signed in this way. In order for us to properly identify you and for you to be able to sign the document(s) mentioned above and for "Inbank" to be able to recognise you, "Inbank" needs your personal identification number, so please make sure to tick the box next to "I agree to pass on my personal identification number to the beneficiary" when transferring the amount of €0.01. Each time you authenticate and/or sign a consumer loan agreement in the above manner, the amount of €0.01 is not refunded and is considered as a minimum fee for identification. Any fees charged by the bank that you may have to pay are payable by you and are not reimbursable by "Inbank".

The agreement number is a combination of capital letters and numbers. This number appears at the top of the first page of the agreement. It can also be found online at www.inbank.lt.

The customer code is a combination of numbers that is also listed on the first page of the agreement, after the agreement number.

If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You will receive a link to reset your password.

You will see your Schedule of Instalments in the Agreement, and on the self-service website, www.inbank.lt.

The purpose of payment: if the agreement is made on your behalf, please indicate the Inbank agreement number. If the agreement is made on behalf of another person, please indicate the Inbank agreement number, the person’s name and the person’s personal identification number.

  • At all cash registers of "Maxima";
  • In "Lietuvos Paštas" offices;
  • At "Perlas" terminals;
  • In the branches of "Swedbank", "SEB", and "Luminor".

Remember to bring your agreement sheet with the barcode with you.

The payment is credited on the same business day if you pay the installment:

  • In the branches of "Swedbank", "Luminor" or "SEB" until 4 pm on a business day;
  • When using bank links in "Inbank" self-service or by bank transfer and make your payment by 4 pm on a business day.

The payment is credited on the next business day if you pay the installment:

  • In "Perlas" terminals;
  • At cash registers of "Maxima";
  • In the branches of "Swedbank", "Luminor" or "SEB" on weekdays after 4 pm, on weekends and banking days;
  • By using the bank links on the "Inbank" self-service website or by bank transfer, and making your installment on a business day after 4 pm, on weekends and on banking days.

If you notice that your data has been used by a third party, please notify your bank and inform us immediately by email at info@inbank.lt or by phone: +370 700 700 80 (business days only, 8:00 to 19:00). In all cases, for the security of your data, we recommend that you also report this to the police.

To use the pay later service, you need one of the identity documents:

  • A passport or ID card of a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • A permanent residence permit for the Republic of Lithuania.

Payment of installments, except for Interest, might be deferred not longer than for 6 (months), but only if you meet all criteria stipulated by the Law on Consumer Credit. In such a case, please contact us by e-mail at info@inbank.lt or by phone: +370 700 700 80 (8.00 - 19.00 on business days).
