A quick and convenient way to enter into a loan agreement with us is on our website www.inbank.lt. Once you have entered the required data and completed the assessment, you will be able to see the loan options on offer, choose the amount of financing you want and sign the contract.

You can apply for a loan if you are a paid employee, a civil servant, a self-employed person, a person with an income from an individual activity or a copyrights contract, a person with a disability or old-age pension, a farmer, a business owner, etc., and you will find the documents you need to submit here. Income must be received in a bank account in the Republic of Lithuania.

You can apply for a loan by using your identity document: passport, ID card or permanent residence permit.

The submission of data and consents is part of the consumer loan application form, whereby you apply for a consumer loan, express your consent to the assessment of your creditworthiness, provide certain data, and consent to the processing of personal data, including accessing and obtaining data from external databases and registers, and any other possible consents. The provision of data and consents is subject to authentication (identification of your identity / identification of you), which can be carried out by mobile signature, Smart-ID or by making a bank transfer of 0,01 € from your personal bank account.

You can check this by accessing the Smart-ID mobile app by clicking on the "User Information" box in the left corner. If you use Smart-ID, make sure you have the right account level. You can check this by accessing the Smart-ID mobile app and clicking on the "User Information" box in the left corner. If your account level is "Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature", you will be successful. If your account level is Smart-ID Basic, you will only be able to use the e-banking services - you will not be able to authenticate and/or sign the contract. To change your Smart-ID Basic account to a Smart-ID Qualified Signature and start using it with other e-services, you need to contact your bank or you can follow the instructions.

The transfer shall be authenticated if you choose to authenticate your identity in this way and/or at the final stage of the loan agreement if the home loan plius agreement is signed in this way. In order for us to properly identify you and for you to be able to sign the document(s) mentioned above and for "Inbank" to be able to recognise you, "Inbank" needs your personal identification number, so please make sure to tick the box next to "I agree to pass on my personal identification number to the beneficiary" when transferring the amount of €0.01. Each time you authenticate and/or sign a home improvement loan agreement in the above manner, the amount of €0.01 is not refunded and is considered as a minimum fee for identification. Any fees charged by the bank that you may have to pay are payable by you and are not reimbursable by "Inbank".

It usually takes between 30 minutes and 4 hours after signing the contract for the money to be paid out.

According to the Law on Consumer Credit of the Republic of Lithuania, consumer loan agreements can be made between 7:00 and 22:00.

The reasons why you can't get a loan can vary: not having enough income, having too many household financial obligations, being in debt to other institutions, having too little work experience at your last job, having a bad credit history, etc.

The contract number is a combination of capital letters and numbers. This number is indicated on the first page of the contract, in the upper part. It can also be found by logging in to the online self-service at www.inbank.lt. The client code is a combination of numbers, which is also indicated on the first page of the contract, under the contract number.

Payment deferral of installments, excluding interest, is possible for up to 6 months, but only if you meet all the necessary conditions set out in the Consumer Credit Law. We will also ask you to attach evidence of a decrease in income or other reasons to the application you send. Please note that credit installments should be paid until you receive confirmation that your application for payment deferral has been approved.
