You can apply for a loan if you are a paid employee, a civil servant, a self-employed person, a person with an income from an individual activity or a copyrights contract, a person with a disability or old-age pension, a farmer, a business owner, etc., and you will find the documents you need to submit here. Income must be received in a bank account in the Republic of Lithuania.

The submission of data and consents is part of the consumer loan application form, whereby you apply for a consumer loan, express your consent to the assessment of your creditworthiness, provide certain data, and consent to the processing of personal data, including accessing and obtaining data from external databases and registers, and any other possible consents. The provision of data and consents is subject to authentication (identification of your identity / identification of you), which can be carried out by mobile signature, Smart-ID or by making a bank transfer of 0,01 € from your personal bank account.

When using Smart-ID, make sure you have the right account level. You can check this by accessing the Smart-ID mobile app by clicking on the "User Information" box in the left corner. If your account level is "Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature", you will be successful. If your account level is "Smart-ID Basic", you will only be able to use the e-banking services and you will not be able to sign the consent and/or contract.

If you use Smart-ID, make sure you have the right account level. You can check this by accessing the Smart-ID mobile app and clicking on the "User Information" box in the left corner. If your account level is "Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature", you will be successful. If your account level is Smart-ID Basic, you will only be able to use the e-banking services - you will not be able to authenticate and/or sign the contract. To change your Smart-ID Basic account to a Smart-ID Qualified Signature and start using it with other e-services, you need to contact your bank or you can follow the instructions.
The transfer shall be authenticated if you choose to authenticate your identity in this way and/or at the final stage of the car loan agreement if the car loan agreement is signed in this way. In order for us to properly identify you and for you to be able to sign the document(s) mentioned above and for "Inbank" to be able to recognise you, "Inbank" needs your personal identification number, so please make sure to tick the box next to "I agree to pass on my personal identification number to the beneficiary" when transferring the amount of €0.01. Each time you authenticate and/or sign a car loan agreement in the above manner, the amount of €0.01 is not refunded and is considered as a minimum fee for identification. Any fees charged by the bank that you may have to pay are payable by you and are not reimbursable by "Inbank".
It usually takes between 30 minutes and 4 hours after signing the contract for the money to be paid out.
According to the Law on Consumer Credit of the Republic of Lithuania, consumer loan agreements can be made between 7:00 and 22:00.
The reasons why you can't get a loan can vary: not having enough income, having too many household financial obligations, being in debt to other institutions, having too little work experience at your last job, having a bad credit history, etc.

You have the right to repay consumer credit to us at any time either in part or in full, however, in this case, you are obliged to pay to the bank Interest, Agreement Administration Fee, Default Interest and other fees under the Agreement, calculated until the repayment day. If you intend to exercise this right, you have to notify us in writing before the repayment date, so that "Inbank" could recalculate payable amounts and implement your right to consumer credit cost reduction. “Inbank“ shall not claim any compensation for early repayment.

The maximum amount for a consumer loan and a home renovation loan and renewable energy loan is EUR 15 000. The maximum amount for a car loan is EUR 30 000.
The maximum term for consumer and renewable energy loan is 72 months, home renovation loan is 84 months. The maximum term for a car loan is 96 months.
